2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot & Saperavi
2020 was a relatively warm year and the fuller fruit flavours show through in all the varieties of this blend.
This is the first year we included a small quantity of Saperavi, of which we planted a few rows some years ago.
The Petit Verdot rounds out and gives texture to the Merlot as well as depth of flavour.
The Cabernet, as always, leads the main components with a depth of flavour and structure together with elegant Cabernet character.
